Attention All 401k & Retirement Plan Specialists!

Householder Group is actively seeking a dynamic 401k Specialist/Retirement Plan Specialist to expertly manage client relationships and spearhead the growth of our retirement business.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying sales prospects for 401k and other retirement plan products.

  • Collaborating with internal business partners to develop pipeline.

  • Actively initiating and participating in sales meetings.

  • Supporting colleagues in closing retirement business deals.

  • Ensuring advisory role is maintained through ongoing relationship management.

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3+ years of retirement product and investment sales experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit plans.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Must possess Series 7, 6, 63, and 65 licenses.
