Attention All 401k & Retirement Plan Specialists!
Householder Group is actively seeking a dynamic 401k Specialist/Retirement Plan Specialist to expertly manage client relationships and spearhead the growth of our retirement business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying sales prospects for 401k and other retirement plan products.
Collaborating with internal business partners to develop pipeline.
Actively initiating and participating in sales meetings.
Supporting colleagues in closing retirement business deals.
Ensuring advisory role is maintained through ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of retirement product and investment sales experience.
In-depth knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Must possess Series 7, 6, 63, and 65 licenses.
